Werdiger has long been suspected of utilizing the website to carry out vendettas against certain figures in the leadership of Melbourne Yeshivah Centre and Chabad Community.
Some Jewish community members have suggested that the Fifth Chelek Blog has taken its cue from a well known anti Chabad site in the United States, which has often been accused of muckraking Journalism.
Following a series of complaints, it is reported that certain individuals are under investigation in connection with fraudulent claims and potential hate crime offences.
